Josie and Geoff say I Do at a Silverthorne Ranch

Josie and Geoff were married on a beautiful August Day at the family ranch in Silverthorne. The weather was perfect and here are some of our favorite photos from the day - or you can view the whole slideshow by clicking HERE.

Josie & Geoff are a dream to photograph - lots of great smiles & laughs, and no fear of the camera whatsoever! And doesn't Josie have the most beautiful eyes?? When we first met to discuss the photography, Josie said she loved getting photos taken - and she does!

Beautiful Longs Ranch Wedding - Silverthorne, Colorado - Josie Long & Geoff Suk

I had the pleasure of photographing another Silverthorne Ranch Wedding this weekend - that of Josie Long & Geoff Suk. Josie is the daughter of Tom Long, Summit County Commissioner and Peggy Long, Silverthorne Town Council Member. And was officiated by John Minor, our Summit County Sheriff. Therefore, I was on my best behavior!

The wedding ceremony was held at the Long's Ranch north of Silverthorne, and was an absolutely beautiful location with a backdrop of the 13,000 peaks of the Gore Range mountains and a perfect August afternoon! Josie & Geoff were beautiful and full of fun - and they were the most easy couple to photograph - game for ANYTHING that I suggested for photos & maybe more!

They had borrowed a beautiful old 1930's blue flatbed truck that really made some of the photos. And the group photo below was taken with me the photographer dozens of feet in the air in the bucket of Tractor! But fun wedding families are good for all of us and ALL the photos! What a fun wedding & a beautiful family! This is a wedding that I was really glad to be a part of! And you can see why!
