Shanna and Glen - Couple photos at Frisco Marina!

I'm so glad to be the "chosen photographer" for Shanna and Glen's wedding in 2010 - and to have this opportunity in September to photograph them as a couple! We chose a couple favorite spots, the Frisco Marina and the wedding/reception venue in Frisco, and we skirted around some rain in the area.

I am trying really hard NOT to call these engagement photos, but it's the only word our photography and wedding industry allows us!

Sarah and Matt's Engagement Portraits at Sapphire Point

Sarah and Matt chose Sapphire Point for doing couple photos in May before their June wedding. A beautiful overlook between Keystone and Frisco overlooking Lake Dillon, and even Sam the dog came with us for a few photos!

Jessica and Dan's Engagement Portraits

I had the pleasure of photographing Jessica and Dan on Christmas Eve at Keystone Lodge. Unfortunately, we had been snowed out the day before, so our only option was early morning on the 24th when it was BELOW ZERO! But luckily Jessica and Dan live in Minnesota and are troopers & the cold didn't bother them a bit!

They are getting married this summer at Donovan Pavilion in Vail, and things should be much different in summer!

Lauren & Brian's Engagement Session at DU (University of Denver)

Lauren & Brian are getting married next summer, so we did their engagement photos a few weeks ago at DU where they met in college a few years ago. The campus is really beautiful and was a great backdrop for these beautiful photos! Now I'm REALLY looking forward to the wedding since Lauren & Brian are so easy to photograph and so obviously in love!

I have a lot of favorites, but this first one is my absolute favorite....I think they look like models! And I love how unaware of the camera they are....I think he was looking at her ring naturally, and then I loved the look so much, I said..."keep doing that!"

A fun engagement session on skiis!

Emily and Geoff are getting married in September at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area - they are big skiers! So it was natural to do their engagement photos on skiis, and we certainly lucked out with a beautiful Colorado day!

We met at the Keystone Nordic Center and spent some time on the trails and off trail & Emily and Geoff spent some time getting snow on each other!

Can't wait to photograph their September wedding! But I hope there isn't as much snow!
