Donovan and Mason - March portraits with the Grandparents!

I've been photographing Donovan for most of his two and a half years, and he's always so great with the camera. Now along comes his little brother Mason, and as you can see, Mason has the charm also. I was lucky to be invited to photograph the boys when Grandma and Granpa were in town this month and love doing grandparents photos!

Children's Portraits - Katie (aka Katarina) turns 3!

Katie has been coming for portraits since she was 6 months old! And she is always such a display of fun, beauty, personality, and an array of emotions. This shoot was similar! She starts out very shy - hardly can look at me, and at some point, she breaks out and talks a blue streak and entertains to beat the band!

She is the subject of a special section on my newest website, the Watch Me Grow section.

Children's Portraits - Meet Kade and Gabriel!

I love photographing babies in their own homes - they seem so much more comfortable. Last week I was able to photograph Kade and Gabriel at their own house and I love the way they turned out! My favorite photos of 6 month old Gabriel are in her own little nursery - the light was great, and she was as comfortable as ever! Although brother Kade and the whole family were very photogenic too so that always helps a photo shoot!

And I love photographing babies in diapers - there's something so natural and fun about seeing all those cute rolls (sorry Gabriel - that's a great thing to have at six months old!)

Welcome Baby Mason James Ramey!

Baby Mason James joined the Ramey family on October 6th, 2009. I was lucky enough to be able to photograph him at just 3 days old - what a cutie! His brother Donovan has always been a photogenic little guy - and it looks like Mason is going to follow in his footsteps!
