Jessica and Dan's Amazing Donovan Pavilion Wedding!

Jessica and Dan were married August 14th at the Donovan Pavilion in Vail.... what an absolutely amazing day! It started out with a yoga session at 8am taught by Kelly Frechette, and then the day just took off all on it's own.

The weather was very cloudy and bleak looking early in the day, with a few light showers, but the clouds parted right at ceremony time and the sun was so bright it was sometimes TOO bright for our cameras! What a fun wedding party - I love the fact that Dan had his sister, Carmell as a groomswoman rather than a bridesmaid, and she made a beautiful addition to the men! The shoes are just a riot! What better attire for being on your feet all day - too bad the ladies couldn't wear those sneakers!

And the Donovan Pavilion in Vail, Colorado was a perfect location to hold a wedding!

Baby Brayden - 4 months old!

Some good friends of mine, Tamara and Loy, just had a baby in December, and I got to photograph beautiful Brayden last month at 4 months old! I love photographing babies in their own homes....where they are the most comfortable!

Heather & Andrew's Wedding at Sapphire Point!

Heather & Andrew were married high atop Swan Mountain at Sapphire Point on March 21st and it was a beautiful day....some sun and some overcast skies to make the portraits turn out better!

The reception was held at the Silverthorne Pavilion and it was a beautiful intimate event that I really enjoyed being a part of.

Another Great Breckenridge Property to Photograph!

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph another great property for sale at the base of Breckenridge Ski Area! It couldn't be closer to the lift, as they sell lift tickets right in the basement of the building in a pretty residential neighborhood.

I love this job! I got the opportunity to photograph another amazing Breckenridge property yesterday! I think I smiled with each room I walked into....imagining what it would be like to live in a home like this! My kiddos would love the media room and the basement....

Baby Portraits - Meet 7 month old Annika!

Annika had portraits taken last week & we had a lot of fun! This is such a great age to photograph babies, because they are so interactive.... they can sit up & babble with you and they really know that they are being photographed!

Some babies are very shy and afraid of the camera, but Annika was drawn to it & wanted to touch the camera! Anytime I put it down within her reach, I was in trouble! But what a beautiful little girl & what a fun portrait session! Below are some favorite images or you can view the whole SLIDESHOW.

And I love photographing the body parts.... hands, feet, ears....they are all so perfect! I understand Annika's perfect ears come from her father, who I haven't met yet!
