Colorado Hut trip
We took some time off last weekend, and went on a hut trip through www.huts.org - choosing the Harry Gates Hut outside Aspen, Colorado. Unfortunately, there was a blizzard on the way in, making an already difficult ski (7 miles with 2,000 foot vertical gain) even more difficult! It took us 6 grueling hours to arrive at the hut - but when we did we had a beautiful few days of sunshine & got to ski down that 2,000 feet! Here are a few highlights:

Wow!! All I can say, is that is inspiring! Being a photographer requires us to stay physically fit, so you should have no problems lugging gear at a wedding. Shesh... p.s. amazing work by the way!
wow, what a gorgeous place! I'm jealous. I've lived in San Diego my whole life and I've NEVER seen snow. Ever. These pictures really make me want to go skiing! :)
Gorgeous, Kay! I love the footprints in the snow in the first image. Great job!!
